Hey, I'm JP!
I'm a former Crossfit gym owner and fitness industry veteran of 15+ years. I've been training Jiu Jitsu off and on for the past 8 years and am currently a blue belt (They tell me I'm really strong).
After growing and selling my gym in 2022 I've had the privilege of working over 100+ gyms helping them add new students, create more predictable cashflow, and build an awesome team.
My passion is helping others which is why I started this podcast and founded GrowJitsu.com
