How To Get The Most From Your Growth Plan Call.

You don’t need perfect records. Rough numbers are fine. Before we talk, jot down your best guess for:

  • Current active members.
  • New sign-ups in the last 3 months.
  • Cancels in the last 3 months.
  • Your main membership options and their prices.
  • Any big changes or issues you’re worried about, competition, a move, a schedule shift, something else.

Take the call somewhere quiet, ideally where you can pull up your membership numbers if we need them. 60 focused minutes beats 45 minutes half-paying-attention between classes.
